CDL and Foreign testing applicants please only schedule your appointment between 1:00PM and 2:30PM. You will be required to wear a mask before entering the building. New applicants will need to bring an original birth certificate, social security card, and proof of address. If under the age of 18, you will also need your no pass/no drive form from your school or board of education along with a parent or legal guardian to sign for you. CDL Written Test – 1:00PM to 2:30PM only. Please ensure all required documents have been submitted on the CDL Portal. This includes your application, self-certification and current medical certificate. This process typically takes 7-10 business days to complete. New CDL applicants will be required to pay a $24.00 application fee before testing. CDL license holders will have to pay $5 for each endorsement test you take. Motorcycle Permit – An intermediate license, at least, is required. If under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian will have to be with you to sign.
